To do the same on paper, extend the Relative Motion vectors to get the CPA for each target.
Remember R is going towards M. You probably figured out R stands for Relative and M stands for Motion.
The Relative Motion lines are the only vectors that are duplicated on the radar screen as echo trails. The other vectors (Te to R or Te to M) are only plotted on paper for calculation purposes.
